Where are we?
Many visitors from Britain and
overseas attend our
rehearsals and leave with an appreciation of the world of male voice choir
singing. They are always made welcome and the following directions may
come in useful.
From the north: On A483 to Junction
3, follow signs to take slip-road, third exit on roundabout, proceed
to traffic lights at New Inn, Johnstown, and
turn right up hill to a chapel on the right with a garage adjacent. Turn
right along Queen Street and Hafod Social Club is facing - venue for Monday
rehearsals. For Thursday rehearsals The Stiwt is about a 100
yards further on with a car park at rear.
From Wrexham: it is possible to
use the A5152 to Croesfoel roundabout (by Little Chef). Take second exit
and proceed to Johnstown
and then on to Rhos.
From the south: Leave A483 at Ruabon,
down slip-road, left up slight slope to a roundabout. Take third exit
and proceed to New Inn, Johnstown, turn left and proceed as instructions
from the north.
